Frank Farfan, a lawyer in the firm of MacBeth & Johnson, restricts his practice to Intellectual Property law and is counsel to the firm of Sanderson Entertainment Law.
Frank graduated in 1976 from McGill University's Honours Mechanical Engineering program with a solid background in mechanical, electrical, electronic and computer programming fields. He completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law school in 1980. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982.
Frank has practised exclusively in intellectual property since 1983. Frank has been a registered patent agent in Canada since 1985; and a registered trade mark agent in Canada since 1983. His experience covers the full range of intellectual property services - from litigation to licensing to agency work in the mechanical, electronic, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other arts.
Frank is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (the Intellectual Property Section and Biotechnology Committee), and the Intellectual Property and the Patent and Trade-mark Institute of Canada.
