Kim Lundrigan-Bettencourt

Kim attended Memorial University of Newfoundland prior to earning her Legal Assistant’s Diploma from the Toronto School of Business. Soon after, she started her career in law at Lang Michener, a high profile law firm in Toronto, where she was employed for 2 ½ years.

Having a passion for music, Kim discovered an ad for Paul Sanderson’s entertainment law firm in the now defunct, M.E.A.T. (Metal Events Around Toronto) Magazine and decided to forward her resume. She started working with him in August of 1993, as a legal assistant and has been with him ever since. She now holds the position of Sr. Legal Assistant and Office Manager with “Sanderson Entertainment Law”.

Throughout the years of working with Paul Sanderson’s firms, including, “Paul Sanderson & Associates”, “Sanderson Taylor” and now “Sanderson Entertainment Law”, Kim has worked with numerous lawyers and countless clients of the firm.

Kim’s areas of legal expertise include drafting music industry documents and correspondence, trademark and corporate work. Kim also deals with all accounting, billing and collection issues related to the firm and works closely with clients on a daily basis.

For all the services Kim provides, she adds her down-to-earth East Coast humour and personal warmth, a real asset in the sometimes stressful environment of the legal services/music industry.
